Telephones in the Academic Computing Center

| Homepage | Contents | Procedure | Contact |

We have two phones at the Distribution Center, one at the front desk and one at the back of the counter. All primary incoming calls will be directed to ext. 3300. However, if there are other incoming calls while the main phone is being used, the calls will be directed to ext. 73300 (secondary). You can access either one of them from both phones.

If you do not hear anything from the phone, make sure you check the extension button. Notice that an arrow maybe flashing and pointing toward the secondary line. This indicates that a call is on hold and pushing the button will direct you to the caller.
