The
lab supervisor will open the doors of the ACC for the day. There will be 3
lab aides scheduled to work for the opening shift. Lab aides will be responsible
for the following duties:
2 people open classrooms:
- 1 person starts with
room 3687, the other with 3607. The person who starts from SRC 3607 should
open the back door to the ACC promptly at 7 a.m.
- Check the schedule
next to the door to see when a class will be in the room. If there is a
class any time up to and including 10 a.m., open the room.
- Turn on all computers,
including the teacher station.
- Insure that printer
has enough paper.
- Pick up scraps and
debris.
- One person should then
open the CADD lab.
1 person opens the
Open Lab:
- Turn on all computers
and printers.
- Log in all print stations.
- Insure that all printers
have enough paper.
- Pick up scraps of paper
and other debris.
- At 7 a.m. open the
front doors of the ACC.
*Remember to open the
classrooms first before dealing with the open lab.
