How to Choose a Printer?

These are tested on MS Word. Procedures may differ from one program to another.

Choosing printers (PC)

1. Click on File and then Print.
2. The printer chooser is at the top of the print dialog box.
3. By default, the printer is set as HP Laser Jet 5Si Mx for black and white printing. For color printing, click on the drop menu and choose HP Color Laser Jet 4600 PCL 5c instead.

Choosing printers (Mac)

1. Click on File and Print.
2. The printer chooser is at the top of the print dialog box.
3. Click on the drop menu.
4. Choose Mac B&W for black and white printing or Mac Color for color printing.
